 Sheyenne Javonne Brown is a native New Yorker with an MFA in acting from Columbia University School of the Arts, and mother of two. Sheyenne Javonne Brown is an actor/writer with an MFA from Columbia University School of the Arts, and has always been drawn to solo writing and performing. Her one woman show, Shower Me, was featured in the 2014 Fringe NYC festival, and her solo piece, Fluid, was featured in Changing Perceptions Theater's Happy Birthday Malcolm & Lorraine, artfully directed by Heather Harvey, at The Schomburg in 2018. She has most recently started venturing into the horror genre with the debut of her first radio play Cooking With My Sister, featured on the Black Women Are Scary Podcast, and a visual poem titled "Come With Me."
