ZANE GILLION

(Hamlet) is a South African actor and performer living in New York with a Bachelors in Drama from the University of Pretoria. Career highlights include Priscilla Queen of the Desert, The Color Purple and Dirty Dancing, and the iconic part of Angel in Rent. He has appeared in numerous television series, soaps and commercials in South Africa and internationally and presented popular TV programmes like the design-focused show Hatch.
Zane also facilitates business role-play workshops for companies that focus on growing leadership through communication and forum theatre. He is currently building his capacity in the development sector, focusing on sustainable development, and hopes to engage with communities affected by climate injustice.
